This Privacy Policy explains how uaicode LLC, doing business as Calderan Technologies ("Calderan", "we", "us"), handles information when you visit calderantech.com (the "Site") or contact us through it.

• Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, company, work email, your message, and your phone number if you choose to provide it. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting and security provider processes standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and the pages you view, to deliver and protect the Site.

How we use information

We use the information to:

• respond to your inquiry and discuss staffing needs;
• send you our newsletter, if you subscribed;
• operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site;
• keep business records and comply with applicable law.

We rely on your request and our legitimate interest to respond to inquiries, and on your consent to send the newsletter.

Newsletter

We send the newsletter only to people who subscribed. Every newsletter includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time. We do not sell your email address.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the Site and communicate with you, and we share only what is needed for them to perform their service:

• Cloudflare (website hosting, database storage, security, and privacy-first analytics);
• Resend (delivering email from our forms);
• Microsoft 365 (our business email);
• Google Fonts (serving the Site's fonts, which may involve your IP address being processed by Google).

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service, to understand overall traffic and site performance. It is cookieless, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personal information. We do not use advertising cookies. Our security provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the Site from abuse.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and for reasonable business records. We keep newsletter emails until you unsubscribe.

Your choices and rights
